1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mk77 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the mk77 platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account.

3 Account Registration

To place wagers or withdraw funds, you must register a player account with mk77. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

One Account Per Person: Each individual player may hold only one active mk77 account. If mk77 discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — mk77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and confiscate balances deemed to have been gained through multi-accounting.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mk77 strongly recommends enabling two-step SMS verification, available free of charge to all registered players. You must notify mk77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification: mk77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a valid passport, a utility bill dated within 90 days confirming residential address, or a screenshot of the mobile wallet account used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your mk77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC requirements being met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mk77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). mk77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. Deposits are credited to your mk77 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. mk77 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. mk77 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

Payment Verification: For security purposes, withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. mk77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request that exceeds ৳50,000 or that mk77's fraud monitoring system flags as requiring review.

Currency: All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are displayed and settled in BDT. mk77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mk77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 made within 7 days of account registration. The bonus amount is credited to the player's bonus wallet.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, a player who deposits ৳1,000 and receives a ৳1,000 bonus must wager a total of ৳60,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and contribution rates vary by game type and will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met in full.
• mk77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to its acceptance by the player.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or collusion — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the mk77 platform — including slots, live table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules published within each game interface or sports betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mk77 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the mk77 platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion in relation to sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, or promotional exploitation schemes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the mk77 platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or mk77 staff members via any channel.
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party.
• Attempting to access the mk77 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
